    NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “Delivery Manager” to join our team in “Montreal, Canada”.

    Rôles et responsabilités relatifs au poste

    - Responsable de la gestion des techniciens principaux et de l’équipe de services sur le terrain pour obtenir de bons résultats en matière de qualité, de niveau de service et de satisfaction de la clientèle, assurer des services sur le terrain adéquats, établir des calendriers, mettre sur pied l’équipe et maintenir la qualité globale.

    - Responsable de la surveillance du niveau de service, de la mise en œuvre de programmes et des programmes d’amélioration du service à la clientèle.  Le gestionnaire de livraison sur place coordonnera les priorités et les projets quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels des clients en compagnie du directeur de la prestation et des responsables des programmes de NTTD.

    - Responsabilité de veiller à ce que les utilisateurs finaux du client et les responsables du programme des unités fonctionnelles aient des clients très satisfaits.  Le gestionnaire de la prestation collaborera avec le directeur de la prestation client de NTTD et le responsable du programme client pour mener les sondages approuvés touchant la satisfaction de la clientèle et le programme.  Analyse des causes profondes et mise en œuvre de plans d’amélioration du service à la clientèle appropriés.

     

    - Responsible for directing the lead technicians and Field Service Team to achieve quality, SLA, and Customer Satisfaction performance results, ensuring adequate field services, schedules, developing the team, and maintaining overall quality.

    - Responsible for monitoring SLA Performance, Program Implementations and Customer Service Improvement Programs.  The onsite Delivery Manager will coordinate with NTTD Client Delivery Executive and Client Program Owners on Daily, Weekly, Monthly Client priorities and projects.

    - Delivery Manager will partner with NTTD Client Delivery Executive and Client Program Owner to conduct approved CSAT and Program surveys.  Conduct root cause analysis and implement pertinent Customer Service Improvement Plans.
