We’re looking for a talented IS/IT professional with proven experience in leading corporate innovation initiatives to be part of the BIS Digital Solutions team. In this key role, the candidate will play an influential role in expanding Bombardier’s innovation capabilities within the organization, and externally in collaboration with startup ecosystems and universities.

The candidate will identify, assess and deploy new innovation initiatives across the organization by working closely with the global Innovation and Digital Solutions team, other BIS teams, business unit stakeholders, corporate partners, universities, startup founders, industry specialists and venture capital stakeholders.
We currently have several opportunities, including one in Berlin, linked to Beyond1435, an open innovation platform which brings together startups and venture capital firms with some of the largest corporate firms in the mobility, logistics and travel industries.
The candidate must be able to work at all levels of the organization to understand business strategies and translate these into opportunities for Bombardier.
